CTMC Building
36 doubles/72 beds/36 bedrooms, including 2 suites, a theatre/auditorium, 4 main meeting rooms and 6 seminar breakout rooms. The CTMC Building houses our front desk and offices, our dining room and lounge, our lakeside patio and our main games room.

Centre Hall
Can seat up to 180 theatre style, 100 modular or 90 classroom. Features built in 150" rear screen for slide, video or computer multimedia presentations. Has a translation booth and coax cable connections to all other meeting rooms in CTMC. 20' high ceilings and direct access through service doors.

Main Meeting/Breakout Rooms
All of our meeting and breakout rooms are individually climate controlled and all come equipped with the latest in standard a/v and support equipment. All of our main meeting rooms have windows and are designed with the client in mind!

Client Services and Office
Two complete computer stations available with a variety of software, internet and emailing capabilities, scanning, CD burner plus b/w or colour printing. In addition, our Front Desk Staff will quickly meet your photocopying and faxing needs at a nominal charge. Courier services can also be arranged.

CTMC Bedroom
36 doubles/72 beds, 36 bedrooms All are hotel style with 2 double beds and full private baths, individual climate control for heat and air conditioning and workspace provided, television, phone, iron w/board and clock radio. 2 have adjoining hospitality suites with couch, chairs and a wet bar area.

Bayview Place
Bayview features a large fireside TV lounge area, pool table, 2 shuffleboards, darts, ping-pong and houses our exercise, hottub/ whirlpool and sauna rooms.

Bayview Place Bedroom
16 doubles, 8 singles/40 beds/24 bedrooms, 4 main meeting rooms and 3 seminar/breakout rooms. All the bedrooms in Bayview face the lake and have individual climate control for heat and air conditioning, full private bath and workspace provided, television, phone, iron w/board and clock radio.

Lodge
6 singles, 7 doubles/20 beds/13 bedrooms, 1 main meeting room and 1 breakout room. Originally the 1930's summer home of Major-General Donald Hogarth and his wife Margaret. Winner of the 1933 Architectural Exhibition Award for summer homes. Was featured in the July 1933 issue of Home and Gardens magazine.

Lodge-Bedrooms
The aesthetic value of the lodge has been maintained and continues to be a favorite building enjoyed by many of our clients. All bedrooms air conditioned, face the lake and have full private bath and workspace provided, television, phone, iron w/board and clock radio.

Foster House
2 doubles/4 singles/8 beds/6 bedrooms all with television and phones.

Outdoor Patio
Our westerly exposure allows us to witness some breathtaking sunsets.

Private Shoreline
After a hard day enjoy a quiet paddle boat ride along our 1500' feet of private shoreline. How about an after dinner marshmallow roast or just enjoy the fire by the lake.

 Tennis Courts
Doubles or singles! Two courts and we'll even supply the rackets and balls.

Golf Driving Nets
Room for 2 to swing away. Extra deep nets to get a better “feel” for the ball. Includes mat tees and chipping nets for target practice.

Indoor Recreation
Shown here is our CTMC games room located just beside our lounge. It features 2 shuffle boards, pool table, poker table and a mounted television. Also on site we have a second games room that features same plus darts and ping pong. Also shown, and is available to all in-house clients, is our 8 seat sauna, 14 person hot-tub/whirlpool, rinse showers and equipped exercise room located in the Bayview Building. Check with Front Desk for hours.

Challenge Course
Include an outdoor element in your program with our 7 station, low impact team building challenge course (available Spring, Summer & Fall) Access it on your own free of charge or, for a nominal fee, we'll help you set things up.
